This is a piece of Singapore Portrait Series $10 banknote, First Prefix, 0AA, and with Lucky Serial Number with "8" at Front and Back. This note is in UNC condition in my opinion.
As grading is very subjective, please refer to my scan to judge it yourself since i am not an expert in banknote grading, what you see is what you'll get.
