A piece of Singapore Orchid Series $1 Signed by Mr. Hon Sue Sen is up for sales. This piece is much circulated, Extra Fine+ condition in my opinion. There are some stains around.
The background of the obverse has multiple Shifting Errors, the printout is shifted left and downwards leaving a broad white border on the top and right. It also resulting the Seal being over-lapping with the orchid flower.
